1. Refund Policy

JBLA Solutions Group provides professional services delivered on a subscription or retainer basis. Due to the nature of services provided, fees paid are generally non-refundable once services have begun.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing prior to the next billing cycle. Services will continue through the end of the current paid period unless otherwise agreed.

3. Termination

JBLA Solutions Group reserves the right to terminate services in cases of non-payment or violation of applicable terms.
